Your voice, your approval

We write short emails in your voice. You approve the target and the copy before anything is sent.

Separate domains

Outreach goes out from domains set up just for it, so your firm's own email reputation stays clear.

Every reply is yours

We never answer owners on your behalf. The first conversation is where trust starts, so you have it.

How it works

Five steps. You only do the last one.

  1. 1

    Agree on the target

Sector, company size, geography and the signals that matter. You sign off on the criteria before anything goes out.

  2. 2

    Build the list

We find the owners and decision makers who fit, verify the contact details, and remove anyone you already know.

  3. 3

    Write the emails

Short, specific messages in your voice, with a real reason to write. Nothing is sent until you approve the copy.

  4. 4

    Send with care

New outreach inboxes are warmed up first, then volume ramps gradually. Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies.

  5. 5

    You take the replies

Interested owners land in your inbox. You qualify them, meet them, and decide what comes next.

What an owner sees

One short email. One real reason to reply.

This is the kind of message we draft for your approval. It names something public about the company, says who you are in a sentence, and asks for a short call. No hype and no pitch deck.

The company and person below are made up. Real emails are written for one specific owner, in your name.

A question about what's next for Example Mechanical

Hi Dana,

I saw that Example Mechanical opened a second yard this spring, after more than thirty years serving the valley. Owners at that point often start thinking about what the next chapter looks like, and few have mapped their options.

I advise owners of companies your size on exactly that. If it would be useful, I'd welcome a short call to compare notes. No obligation either way.

What you get

Clear control, and a report you'll read.

You see what goes out, what comes back, and where each reply stands. Illustrations below use fictional data.

You approve before it sends

Target, list and copy each need your yes. Nothing goes out on our say-so.

Replies sorted, then yours

Interested replies come to you straight away, so the first reply is always in your own words.

A plain monthly report

What was sent and what came back, in plain English. Where we don't have a number, we say so.

Who it's for

Questions

The things advisors ask first.

Do you reply to owners for me?

No. Interested replies come straight to your inbox and you handle them. We give you a reply guide with templates for the common cases.

Will this hurt my firm's email reputation?

We send from separate domains set up for outreach, never from your main domain, so your own email reputation stays protected. New inboxes warm up at low volume first. We can't promise inbox placement, because no one can, but deliverability is part of the work every month.

How do you decide who to email?

We agree on the criteria together first: sector, company size, geography, and any trigger events. We build and verify the list to those criteria, and you approve them before launch.

How soon will I see replies?

Early weeks are setup and a slow, careful ramp, so replies don't start on day one. We can't promise a date or a number of replies. We'll walk through a realistic timeline on the call.

Is there a contract?

It's month to month, with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with written notice.

Do you book the meetings for me?

No. You take the replies and set your own meetings. That keeps the relationship with you from the first exchange.

What do you need from me to start?

A clear picture of the owners you want to reach, a short description of how you work, and your approval on the target and the copy.

Is cold email legal?

In the US, commercial email is allowed when it follows the CAN-SPAM Act: honest headers and subject lines, a real postal address, a clear opt-out, and opt-outs honored promptly. Every campaign is built that way.

We're affiliated with a broker-dealer. Can we use this?

Yes, with your compliance team involved. They review and approve the copy before launch, and you archive the email under your firm's rules.

Do you work with my competitors?

Exclusivity is set per market and specialty, so two clients aren't sent after the same owners in the same space. Ask us about your market on the call.
